Returns policy
In keeping with software industry standards, we will accept returns of unopened software within 30 days of purchase. Software purchased online is considered and deemed opened when it is downloaded.
Only in the event that the product was not delivered (as a result of download or other physical issues) or the product did not work as indicated on our website, will we honor refund requests.
If you did not receive your product, did not succeed in downloading or if it does not work as indicated, please contact us immediately at orders@guilink.com. Refund requests must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Refunds will be credited directly back to the card used for purchase.
Before deciding to purchase our software, please be sure to view additional information such as screenshots that we provide for every product.
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a product has been downloaded, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore, GuiLink does not accept product returns or exchanges once a download has begun.
You are expected and deemed to be satisfied with the product before purchasing. There is NO EXCEPTION from this policy, no matter whether you find that the software is incompatible with your specific software configuration and/or hardware configuration, after you have begun downloading your purchased software.
No responsibility for lost access code details
Do create a backup of your access code as soon as you have received your purchase confirmation email from us. Create a hardcopy backup of the access code where possible.
GuiLink is not responsible for any lost access code details and DOES NOT RESEND purchase confirmation emails. GuiLink will reset your lost access code details provided you can prove the purchase belongs to you.
Create a backup - it takes a couple of minutes only and is in your own interest to do so.
After purchase, every customer receives a purchase confirmation email from GuiLink, which includes all required information regarding the download procedure of the purchased software.
GuiLink does not re-send purchase confirmation emails that have been lost, no matter if they have been lost by hardware failure, virus infections, or any other circumstance which is out of the control of GuiLink.
Every customer is responsible for his/her access code details. GuiLink does expect that every customer creates a secure backup of the access code details in hardcopy format.
